We were able to show i)association between Jak-STAT, cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction, TCR signalling pathway, NK cell mediated cytotoxicity and chemokine signalling and ii) a close association among oxidative phosphorylation/respiratory electron transport, neurodegenerative conditions (Alzheimer’s disease, Huntington’s disease and Parkinson’s disease) and ubiquitin-proteasome system across multiple datasets (see result section for details). This evidence concerns the gene SOAT1 and early-onset autosomal dominant Alzheimer disease.
