CD5+ DLBCL patients were positive for SH3BP5, LMO3, and SNAP25 antigens more frequently than CD5− DLBCL patients (87% vs. 52%, P = 0.0068; 65% vs. 17%, P < 0.0001; and 74% vs. 41%, P = 0.018, respectively). The gene discussed is SH3BP5; the disease is diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
