SETD7 and neoplasm: Analysis indicated high expression of SETD7 in HCC tumor tissues is significantly correlated with several crucial clinicopathologic parameters, such as metastasis (P = 0.009), recurrence (P = 0.012), poor tumor differentiation (P = 0.047), and large tumor size (P = 0.001), which are associated with the increased risk of early recurrence and reduced survival in HCC patients (Table 2) [21].
