Specifically, the co-expression profiles for ACSL1 with a strong cluster of 126 genes (R > 0.6) across a panel of 65 rectal adenocarcinoma and 65 normal colorectal samples and 878 genes (R > 0.6) across a panel of 186 lung cancer and 17 normal lung samples were uploaded and the top ten GO Processes were listed (S1D and S1E Fig). This evidence concerns the gene ACSL1 and lung carcinoma.
