ACSL1 and rectum adenocarcinoma: Specifically, the co-expression profiles for ACSL1 with a strong cluster of 126 genes (R > 0.6) across a panel of 65 rectal adenocarcinoma and 65 normal colorectal samples and 878 genes (R > 0.6) across a panel of 186 lung cancer and 17 normal lung samples were uploaded and the top ten GO Processes were listed (S1D and S1E Fig).
