Continued examination of our tumor immunoprofiling of soluble factors demonstrates that with the exception of IFNγ, which was highest in the anti-PD-1 treatment group, combination treatment increased levels of the immune-surveillance maturation and promoting cytokines IL-12 and TNF over all other treatment groups, suggesting that while PD-1 treatment is capable of inducing these anti-tumor factors, including PS-targeting antibodies with anti-PD-1 treatment is capable of further stimulating their production. This evidence concerns the gene IFNG and neoplasm.
