Our data showed that after overexpression of AIM2 in these HCC cells, the mTOR-S6K1 pathway was significantly suppressed as defined by the phosphorylation level of the key signaling molecules in this pathway, including p-mTOR, p-S6K1, p-S6, and p-4E-BP1. Here, RPS6KB1 is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
