GH1 and clostridium difficile infection: Comparison of the detected glycosyl hydrolase (GH) profiles showed that CDI microbiomes had a wider arsenal of GHs of the GH68, GH70, GH4, GH1, GH63, GH32 and GH13 families compared to AB− subjects, with an overrepresentation ranging from 20% to 2345% (Fig. S2).
