Consistent with the IHC data presented above, there were individual breast cancers with relative high levels of PMCA2 (ATP2B2) in all of the molecular subtypes (Fig. 2A), this was not seen for PMCA1 (ATP2B1) or PMCA4 (ATP2B4) (Fig. 2B,C). The gene discussed is ATP2B4; the disease is breast cancer.
