To further evaluate the physiological relevance of PD-L1/PD-1/CD80/CTLA-4 and miR-15a/15b/16/195/424/497/503 family interactions, we performed in silico analyses of miR-15a/15b/16/195/424/497/503 family members and PD-L1/PD-1/CD80/CTLA-4 expression using a 2011 TCGA data set composed of 489 ovarian cancer patient samples. This evidence concerns the gene CTLA4 and ovarian carcinoma.
