When an excess of un-labeled parental compound was injected, a reduction in accumulation of Integrisense680 in αvβ3-positive tumor was observed; moreover, after treatment with Avastin (a humanized anti-VEGF monoclonal antibody -bevacizumab- able to inhibit growth of rhabdomyosarcoma in mice) the Integrisense680 uptake significantly dropped down. This evidence concerns the gene VEGFA and neoplasm.
