However, we have employed some of the PDX models generated from this co-clinical trial to screen other classes of anticancer compounds including rigosertib, an inhibitor of PLK-1, which was previously shown to have potent in vitro activity against SCLC [17] as well as BDA-366, a novel BH4-mimetic Bcl2 inhibitor, with which we observed significant antitumor effect [30].
