To investigate which T cell subset (including CD4 and CD8 cells) contributed to the anti-tumor immunity, we used anti-CD4 (rlipo-OVA/CD4), anti-CD8 (rlipo-OVA/CD8) and control antibodies (rlipo-OVA/rat IgG) to deplete subsets of T cells. The gene discussed is CD4; the disease is neoplasm.
