GOLPH3 and breast cancer: Since then, an ever increasing number of reports have been shown that GOLPH3 is overexpressed in several tumor types including bladder cancer, breast cancer, colorectal cancer, esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, gastric cancer, glioma, hepatocellular carcinoma, lung cancer, melanoma, pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, prostate cancer, renal cell carcinoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, oral tongue cancer, and epithelial ovarian carcinoma [3–25].
