The distribution of phalloidin-positive structures in chick fibroblasts briefly exposed to CB was identical to those reported by Ballestrem and colleagues [29] on living mouse melanoma cells (B16F1), Chinese hamster ovary cells (CHO), thymic endothelial cells, and 3T3 fibroblasts expressing EGFP/β-actin cDNA and exposed to CB, with one intriguing exception. This evidence concerns the gene ACTB and melanoma.
