Furthermore, our data documented an inverse correlation between miR-320 family (miR-320a, b, c, d and e) with FOXM1, FOXQ1 and SOX4, in 13 pairs of colon cancer tissues, thereby corroborating those genes as likely bona fide targets for miR-320 family and further implicating the miR-320/SOX4/FOXM1/FOXQ1 axes in CRC.
