We found that miR-153, miR-506 and miR-200b depletion abolished the suppressive effects of KLF4 on HCC cell growth (Figure 6A) and invasion (Figure 6B), suggesting that KLF4 may inhibit the HCC cell growth and invasion through miR-153, miR-506 and miR-200b. Here, KLF4 is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
