Since the AKT and MAPK signaling pathways are well-known to play an essential role in regulating cell proliferation and metastasis in gastric cancer, we detected the genes expression of phospho-Akt/Akt, phospho-GSK-3β/GSK-3β, phospho-MEK1/2/MEK1/2, phospho-Erk1/2/Erk1/2and phospho-c-Jun/c-Jun at protein level, which are key genes in AKT and MAPK signaling pathways. The gene discussed is MAPK3; the disease is gastric cancer.
