Parkinsonism was the most common movement disorder syndrome reported in 79.8% of subjects (95% CI 69.7–88.2%) followed by PSPS (12.2%, 95% CI 6.2–19.7%) and CBS (10.7%, 95% CI 6.7–15.4%), respectively, at any given time during the course of the disease (Table 4). This evidence concerns the gene CBS and Parkinson disease.
