Regimens with the combination of fludarabine (FL), cytarabine, idarubicin (IDA), and granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) have been widely used for poor-risk acute myeloid leukemia (AML), myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), and relapsed or refractory acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) in adults [4,5].
