ACKR3 and neoplasm: CXCR7 is involved in several biological processes, including embryonic development (Burns et al., 2006[6]), scavenging for SDF1a and CXCL11 (Naumann et al., 2010[38]), promotion of adhesion to activated endothelial cells, cell survival but not cell proliferation or tumor development (Naumann et al., 2010[38]; Tarnowski et al., 2010[56]; Kumar et al., 2012[25]).
