The homozygous major (TT), heterozygous (TC) and homozygous minor (CC) genotype frequencies of CYP1A1 m1 gene in healthy controls were 57.2, 37.2 and 5.6 %, respectively, whereas the same in NSCLC patients were 49.59, 38.62 and 11.78 %, respectively (Table 2). This evidence concerns the gene CYP1A1 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
