Kaplan–Meier analyses showed that elevated MARCKS was significantly correlated with decreased OS (HR=1.28, p=0.039), post-progression survival (PPS) (HR=1.63, p=0.00066) and relapse-free survival (RFS) (HR=1.59, p=2.1e-14) (Supplementary Figure 2A) in breast cancer and with decreased OS (HR=1.3, p=5.7e-05), PPS (HR=1.46, p=0.008) and first progression (FP) (HR=1.95, p=1.5e-10) (Supplementary Figure 2B) in lung cancer. This evidence concerns the gene MARCKS and breast cancer.
