The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves illustrated that the serum levels of CELA1, CEL2A, CTRL, and TRY2 robustly distinguished CRC patients from healthy controls, with areas under the curve (AUC) of 0.83, 0.88, 0.87, and 0.85, respectively (Figure 5A and Table 2).
