Next, we examined subcellular localization of CXADR, which was recently reported to be required for adherens and tight junction formation during porcine blastocyst development (Kwon, Kim & Choi, 2016) and shown to directly associated with ROCK1 and ROCK2 in human carcinoma cells (Saito et al., 2014). The gene discussed is CXADR; the disease is carcinoma.
