Furthermore, to investigate how GABABR regulated colorectal cancer cell proliferation and find its downstream moleculars, we considered about GSK‐3β and NF‐κB. The phosphoinositide 3‐kinase/Akt/glycogen synthase kinase‐3β (GSK‐3β) and Wnt/β‐catenin pathways are downregulated in a number of cancers, and these two pathways share a common node protein, GSK‐3β. The gene discussed is AKT1; the disease is colorectal cancer.
