Additionally, in order to further detect how GABABR regulates the GSK‐3β/NF‐κB signaling pathway in colon cancer cells, we performed the rescue experiment and found that inhibition of the inactivation of Akt kinase activity by MK‐2206 2HCl (15 μmol/L−1) blocked the repression of proliferation caused by baclofen (Fig. S4C and D).
