To determine whether it could inhibit KDM1A-mediated phenotypes in NSCLC cells, we treated both PC9 and A549 cells with different concentrations of 2-PCPA (0, 2, 4, 10, 15, and 20 μM), which is comparable with the concentrations of 2-PCPA used in other cancer studies [25, 26], and found that it inhibited cell proliferation, invasion, and migration in both PC9 and A549 cells (Figure 7A, 7B, and 7C). Here, KDM1A is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
