Previous studies have been shown that E2F5 is a member of the E2F transcription factor family that binds to the promoters of the target genes involved in cell cycle control [37]; BAG4 has been reported to be with aggressiveness of several cancers, such as ovarian cancer, breast cancer, pancreatic cancer [38, 39]; FMNL2 promotes CRC cells proliferation, motility, invasion, metastasis and epithelial-mesenchymal transition [11, 40]. This evidence concerns the gene E2F5 and breast carcinoma.
