IL17A and escherichia coli infection: The results showed that E. coli infection significantly increased IL-17 expressing CD11b+Ly6G+ neutrophils (Figure 6(h)) as well as sTLR9 expressing CD11b+Ly6G+ neutrophils (Figure 6(g)) in a dose dependent manner but could not increase IL-17 expression in the sTLR9+CD11b+Ly6G+ neutrophils (Figure 6(i)) at the time point.
