GNG7 and cancer: Our results showed that after transfection with 0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.25, 0.5, or 1.0 μg/ml GNG7-FLAG plasmids, but not the FLAG vector control, for 48 hours, the apoptotic and dead cells increased in a dose-dependent manner (Figure 1E and Figures S1, S2), which indicates that GNG7 induces cell death to inhibit cancer.
