TP53 and leukemia: The results of pooling all studies showed that there was no statistically significant association between TP53 Arg72Pro polymorphism and the risk of leukemia (C vs. G: OR = 1.09, 95% CI = 0.93–1.26; CC vs. GG: OR = 1.24, 95% CI = 0.91–1.69; CC + GC vs. GG: OR = 1.04, 95% CI = 0.85–1.28; CC vs. GC + GG: OR = 1.23, 95% CI = 0.96–1.57) (see Supplementary Fig. S1).
