Further analysis suggested that higher MIG-7 expression negatively correlated with the OS of EOC patients (p = 0.0008), alongside classical clinicopathological variables including residual tumor size (p = 0.02), histopathological differentiation (p = 0.0161), lymph node metastasis (p = 0.0001), CA-125 level (p = 0.0321), ascites volume (p = 0.0352), FIGO stage (p = 0.0041) and lymph node metastasis (p < 0.0001) (Table 2).
