SFRP1 and benign neoplasm: Our study showed that Sfrp1 induces cytoprotection of H9C2 cells, which was exposed to H+R to mimic a reperfusion myocardial infarction model in vitro through inhibition of the Wnt signaling pathway in the cells, supporting the in vivo protective effect of Sfrp1 and the therapeutic potential for the ischemic heart.
