CD40LG and asthma: In a recent Taiwanese study (Yeh et al., 2015), 1591 children and adults with M. pneumoniae infection, diagnosed by positive immunoglobulin (Ig) M or fourfold IgG titer increase, but without prior asthma history were included from 2000 to 2008 and followed until the diagnosis of asthma or the end of 2011.
