In summary, the intranasal treatment using anti-IL-1β/anti-TNF-α IgY can significantly relieve allergic inflammation in the nasal mucosa and lung tissues and decrease eosinophils in the peripheral blood, nasal lavage and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, nasal mucosa, and lung tissues in guinea pigs with allergic rhinitis induced by OVA.
