A correlation analysis showed that the expression of CREB1 was inversely correlated with the miR-204-5p levels (Fig. 4d) and was positively correlated with the UCA1 levels in CRC (Fig. 4e), suggesting that UCA1 acts as a ceRNA of miR-204-5p to regulate CREB1 expression in clinical CRC tumors. Here, CREB1 is linked to colorectal carcinoma.
