To know whether the Treg/Th responses elicited in vitro by SLE-M could reflect the characteristic immune features of SLE patients, we analyzed Foxp3, CD25, CD127, IL-17 and IFNγ expression in fresh peripheral blood CD4+ lymphocytes as well as the serum levels of a battery of cytokines in 37 SLE patients and 36 HC (Table 1).
