Agglomerative hierarchical clustering analysis (Fig. 1a), and Ingenuity® Pathway Analysis (IPA, QIAGEN Redwood City, www.qiagen.com/ingenuity) revealed key hubs, including CCND1, PCNA, E2F1, RAD51, FANCD2, and AURKB, representing cell cycle, cancer, and cellular movement associated genes that distinguished CP CML from normal progenitors (Fig. 1b). The gene discussed is PCNA; the disease is chronic myelogenous leukemia, BCR-ABL1 positive.
