After IL-7 treatment in MDS patients, naïve cells significantly increased in CD4+ [17.45 ± 6.83 vs. 20.17 ± 7.13 (p < 0.05) and CD8+ [13.28± 5.56 vs. 17.13 ± 7.02 (p < 0.001)] subpopulations compared with the baseline group. Here, CD4 is linked to myelodysplastic syndrome.
