BCL2 and acute myeloid leukemia: When estimated in mice bearing AML xenograft tumor, Tf-LPN-G3139 suppressed tumor growth by approximately 60% at the end of the treatment period (Figure 5), which was mostly due to the antisense mechanism of G3139 to target Bcl-2 expression, as shown by the Bcl-2 immunohistochemical staining results (Figure 6).
