Immunohistochemistry staining detected that both USP22 and CCNB1 proteins were dramatically increased in more than 65% of human colon cancers and a strong positive correlation between CCNB1 and USP22 protein expression (average R=0.739) was found in human colon cancer tissues compared with those in normal human colons (Figure 1d–f). This evidence concerns the gene CCNB1 and colonic neoplasm.
