The data indicate that removal of the tumor cells by a mouse anti-mouse Slamf6 (αSlamf6) antibody (13G3) [26], see Materials and Methods) relies on antibody dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) and co-stimulation of B cell receptor (BCR) signaling, which is of importance to progression of CLL.
