To confirm this hypothesis, PBMC from healthy donors (Fig. 5A–C) or RA patients (Fig. 5D,E) were cultured with ENO1 (50 μg/mL), LPS (1 μg/mL) or control BSA (50 μg/mL) with different doses (0, 1, 10 or 100 μg/mL) of TAK242, a TLR4 inhibitor. This evidence concerns the gene ENO1 and rheumatoid arthritis.
