The analysis for atherosclerosis risk factors (total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, BMI, CRP, glucose level, sex, and age) showed that the samples from cluster A have slightly higher levels of HDL and LDL (62.2 ± 50.4 and 130.6 ± 45.9, respectively) compared to the rest of the patients from the group of significant coronary artery changes (56.1 ± 33.8 and 117.8 ± 44.4, respectively). This evidence concerns the gene CRP and atherosclerosis.
