A number of other important cellular enzymes such as Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide Phosphate (NADPH) oxidase, lipooxygenases, uncoupled endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS), and cytochrome P450, contribute to the production of ROS/RNS that play a role in lung diseases [6–9]. This evidence concerns the gene NOS3 and lung disorder.
