We found that TAB3 and TAB3 O-GlcNAcylation immunoreactivity were identified only in the ER-PR-HER2- TNBC cases of breast cancer, but rarely in ER+PR+ lumina subtype or HER2+ patients, which was similar to the finding in cells (Figure 6A, Table 1). This evidence concerns the gene TAB3 and breast cancer.
