Other mutually exclusive genetic alterations, which have been reported to work as driver mutations in lung adenocarcinoma, include translocations of ALK, ROS1, RET, NTKR1, NRG2, ERBB4, and BRAF, and mutations of KRAS, BRAF, ERBB2, NRAS, HRAS, MAP2K1, NF1, and RIT1 [56,57,58,59,60,61]. Here, ALK is linked to lung adenocarcinoma.
