Canonical pathway analysis of these 409 common PDAC genes using Ingenuity Pathway Analysis identified the highest statistical enrichment of these genes in various cancer-related pathways linked to DNA damage (ATM Signaling, DNA damage-induced 14-3-3σ Signaling, GADD45 signaling), cell cycle (G2/M DNA damage checkpoint regulation, Cell cycle control of chromosomal replication, p53 signaling, Mitotic role of Polo-like kinase), and Protein kinase A signaling (Supplementary Figure S2). The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is cancer.
