We also found binding sites of several microRNAs, directly or indirectly activated by MYCN in the 3′UTR of PAG1 (Figure 5A and Supplementary Figure S3, S4), including sites for miR17a (a component of the miR-17-92a cluster) and multiple other microRNAs known to contribute to NB pathogenesis [16, 20, 21].
