Combining glycans, tumor markers, and the level of the immunoglobulins IgG, IgA, and IgM allowed us to attain PCCC = 95%, Se = 88%, and Sp = 98% in CRC diagnostics as compared with PCCC = 80%, Se = 21%, and Sp = 100% using just CEA and CA 19–9. This evidence concerns the gene CD79A and colorectal carcinoma.
