ApoB-48 at 4 hours was significantly (p = 0.034) higher in the PCOS women (19.8 ± 1.68 μg/mL) compared to controls (15.2 ± 1.64 μg/mL) and insulin at 4 and 6 hours as well as AUC-insulin and iAUC-insulin also remained significantly higher (Table 5).
